my partner in dubai (she lives in UK) agreed to...
my partner in dubai (she lives in UK) agreed to sign the full company to me and remove her name in October last year, she did not do this and now the company is up for re newel and she is completely unresponsive to any communications. She is in breach of contract and in breach of trust, can i get her removed off the company without having to shoulder the expense of court cases and fees?

The partner cannot be removed in this case because he has violated his obligations except in accordance with a lawsuit and when the court decides to expel him, the court will oblige him to pay the costs of the case in full, as the Companies Law authorized the court to order the removal of one of the partners from the company in this case, the company continues to exist between the other partners and the partner’s share is released after its assessment according to the last inventory or by any method that the court deems to follow. The court may also decide to dissolve the company at the request of one of the partners for failure of a partner to fulfill his commitment
