Which types of eggs are better white or brown for weight gain?
 Eggs are good for weight gain because they are rich in beneficial fats in addition to protein, and thus help to gain weight, build muscles and strengthen the body. There is no difference between the two types in nutritional value in terms of helping to gain weight, and you can eat it in the desired way, as the way of eating it does not make a difference.
 
Tips to gain weight:
 *Increase the amount of food eaten by eating 5-6 meals per day instead of 3 and increase the amount of food at each meal.
 *Eat healthy and varied food to provide the body with all the elements it needs for the vital processes responsible for building the body.
 
*Change the type of food eaten by eating the varieties that are richest in nutritional value among the food groups, such as eating lamb compared to beef, eating potatoes compared to other vegetables, eating mangoes, avocados, guavas and figs instead of apples, and so on.
 
 *Consult a doctor regarding taking a harmless appetizer for the body.
 
* Eat natural and herbal products that help with weight gain, such as yeast, fenugreek, oats, thyme, and sesame.
 
 *Drink an adequate amount of water, not less than 2 liters per day, and do not drink water before or during meals.
 
 *Eat light meals such as dried fruits, nuts, sweet tahini, and peanut butter.
