Sir i am 31 years old.I was caught by this disease at a young age "Harlequin syndrome".I do not sweat on the left side of my face.And the right side of my face looks big and the left side looks small. I have to face a lot of embarrassment.It's been almost 25 years.Can it be treated now

What the treatment of Harlequin syndrome
Harlequin syndrome is not debilitating so treatment is not normally necessary
contralateral sympathectomy

Signs and symptoms
unilateral flushing and sweating of the face, neck, and upper chest usually after exposure to heat or strenuous exertion.
Absence of sweat and flushing on one side of the face, neck, or upper thoracic area.
cluster headaches
tearing of the eyes
nasal discharge
abnormal contraction of the pupils
weakness in neck muscles
drooping of one side of the upper eyelid
Harlequin syndrome
is a rare condition in which one half of the face fails to flush and sweat due to damage of the sympathetic fibers on the ipsilateral side.
