I miss my hiring now what I do

We would like to inform you that according to the UAE Labor Law, if the work is finished then the end of services benefit shall be paid within 10 days by the employer. so if the employer didn’t do that and forced you to attend that doesn’t prevent the to pay your rights and benefits. So you can go to the labor office and file a complaint to force the employer to pay or the complaint will be referred to the court and force the employer to pay by legal sentence.
Note that the request from the employer to attend is not force to you and they can send the amount via email so you could review it.Emirates electronic labor complaint
