We would like to inform you that with regard to asylum in Germany you can follow the following methods and procedures:

1 - You must enter Germany in any way you feel appropriate.

2- Apply for asylum once you enter German, you can apply it to the airport police or the German border officer. They then will take you to a refugee place.

3 - An interpreter will be brought to reveal your identity and to know the reasons for asylum, and the most important reason should be the fear that your life is in danger if you return to your country.

4 - You will be interrogated more than once, and you can hire a lawyer and seek help from a friend or relatives if any of them was in that country.

Please note that:

1) There must be real reasons for asylum in order the asylum application is accepted and not subject to refusal.

2) If the application was rejected, you can appeal against the rejection decision.

3. Political asylum seekers shall be granted freedom of travel, move and residence between the various German provinces.

4) The children of political refugees who have not attained the age of 16 years are entitled to join their families in Germany, with reference to the possibility of giving family members aged 16 to 18 the possibility of joining their parents in the very difficult situations or in the event that opportunities for family integration in German society Good.

We would like to inform you that migration to Germany requires you to get two things:

First: Get an immigration visa

The first step to immigrate to Germany is to obtain a visa to enter Germany, and to obtain a leave or approval you must go to the Embassy of Germany in your country and submit an application for immigration to be accompanied by the following documents:

1) A valid passport

2) a personal image size 35 * 45 mm with the need to free the image of any religious connotations

3) Your birth certificate

4) Birth certificate for your parents

5) Marriage document for your parents

It should be noted that the application for immigration must include certain data such as your full name and purpose of immigration and whether there are relatives or not  and their names, whether you want to live with them or not, and other information.

Second: obtaining the visa

After you get the leave, you must go back to the embassy and apply for a visa. The type of visa will be determined according to the purpose of the migration. The following documents should be attached to the application:

1) Personal photo

2) A bank statement for 6 months

3) A valid passport for 6 months

4) Medical certificate,

5) Criminal newspaper
