Hi sir, i got terminated from government project...

It is permitted to transfer workers who were brought in on work visas / permits to work in the private sector into government contracts and projects according to the following regulations:
1- The government contract for which the worker was brought has already expired.
2- That the transferral process be limited to another government contract with the same employer if any, or a government contract with another employer, provided that the transfer is limited to the specialized technical workers identified by the government agency that owns the project
3- In case the employer is obligated to cancel the work permits of workers registered on the government contract which is not permissible to transfer it because of leaving the country at the end of the contract.
