We would like to inform you that according to the Residence Law, the resident who wants to travel shall get travel permit and NOC before leaving Qatar, that except the wife and children who are under the sponsorship of their family. The person who bring them shall issue notification of the permit from the employer. Also the procedures can be completed by the automatically services devices online or by personal review to the Passports Department and the expat affairs.
