Hi i just want to ask,im working in the private company here in kuwait.During lock down our company not give salary for about 3 months from March to July 20 because i resume my job july 21.The shuon inform them to give our salary for 3 months but the company did not comply. Then our colleagues file case for the company and they won.Now the Shoon,ministry they obliged the company to pay the 3months salary.But what they are doing they will put the money in our account and then we need withdraw to give the money back in our company.My question is,Is it allowed the we need to give it back the money and what case need file for our company?
