We would like to inform you that it is possible to complete the procedures of Muslim marriage in the Sharia court in the emirate where the husband or wife resides.

The following documents must be attached:

-UAE Residence

- Passport.

- A certificate issued by an Emirati government hospital, for the purpose of disclosing the marriage.

- The presence of a guardian of his wife in person, or the presence of a power of attorney issued by him for the benefit of a person residing in the Emirates agreeing to marry

- A certificate of the marital status of the wife.

Submit a divorce certificate if the wife has been divorced earlier.

- Personal Photos.

- Two witnesses.

- No-objection certificate issued by the husband and wife embassy if they are foreigners.

It is possible to complete the procedures for the marriage of non-Muslims in their country's embassy or with their religious bodies.
