I applied for family visit visa in March. Due to Covid my family could not come. I reapplied for a new visa in September. My wife and younger sons visa was approved but my older sons”s visa was permanently closed and the new application is In Process. I have been contacting immigration centers at Jaffliya, Al Manara and Terminal 3 to cancel the application so I can reapply but no one is solving it.
