Steps to enter a videoconference session:

For (registered) subscribers:

If you have a login name for subscriber services on the Dubai Courts website, you can log in and click on the camera icon to join the session directly via videoconference.

For non-subscribers (registered):

1- Type the Emirates ID number to verify your data

2- Click on the button "Retrieve data from the Emirates ID", the name, email and phone number are retrieved. In the event that you find that the email data and phone number are not updated, you can amend them.

3- Then press the button "Request a one-time verification code" to obtain the verification code by e-mail and phone number

4- Type the verification code that was sent to your phone number or email, then click the "Verify" button

5- If you did not receive the verification code the first time, you can request to send the verification code again by clicking on the "Resend Verification Code" button.
