Good evening. I filed a complaint against my company today thru MOHRE as they're still not cancelling my visa and my passport are still with them. My contract already ended last 1st April and due to covid, I was on force leave so no offer for renewal was provided. I sent my non-renewal thru email last 4th July. As I filed my complaint maybe 3hrs past, I received a call from Twafouq stating that my company filed Absconding case against me and I need to go to Tasheel tomorrow to clear then afterwards need to file case again to Mohre for cancellation of VISA. I need an advise more regarding this please. My company is LLC in Dubai
