I am working in saloon .Its been 7 months now i...
I am working in saloon .Its been 7 months now i havent receive my full salary because my employer she doesnt call me to work because of this pandemic she cannot give me my salary so i told her to send me back to my country i am ready to go home if she cannot give me my salary but she says i should fininsh my contract my visa will be finished on april 2021 but right now its been really hard for me to spend my expenses so what should i do now?

We would like to inform you that if you mean the employer, then you have to file a complaint in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and clarify the reasons of the complaint and attach the documents that prove your complaint. The labor office will hear the employer, then they will decide and issue the verdict or refer it to the labor court.
