We would like to inform you that if you are resident in UAE and you have a bank loan and have not been paid or even paid any installment of it and want to leave and travel, you can travel provide that there is no suit against you because of it as well as travel ban.
If there is no lawsuit you can travel to your country and you can travel to any country.
Note that you may be prosecuted and that you are outside the country through representative offices of the bank if your address has been identified.
