A copy of the lease contract for the place designated for establishing a restaurant project in the UAE, and also certified by the municipality.

The ID card of the director general and his / her passport, as well as the C.V and the certificates that he / she obtained during his / her studies and proof of experience that he / she acquired throughout his / her career.

Designing an advertising banner so that it contains 50% of its content in Arabic and the other 50% in English, provided that it is approved by the Department of Economic Development.

Approval of the signature of the “authorized” person.

Signature of the undertaking to fulfill all conditions, and the authority regulates.

Other requirements for licensing a restaurant project in the UAE: -

2.      A copy of the company's trading name reservation certificate issued by the Department of Economic Development.

3.      Food Control Certificate from Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority.

4.      No-objection certificate from the center of waste management.

5.      Publishing certificate from the Ministry of Economy (in the case of companies).

6.      Security and safety certificate from civil defense.

7.      Initial approval of the passports for the foreign partner, if there are any.
