We would like to inform you that according to Article 36 of the Philippine Family Law, psychological disability is occurred when one of the spouses is psychologically unable to comply with his obligations as a spouse, because of drug abuse, physical assault, or any other reason. The annulment application is filed at the Family Court, it will require witness testimonies, and you will be required to go to court at least once.  A psychiatrist would be required to testify about the alleged psychological disability.
