Please be kindly informed that according to the data provided to us in your inquiry, citizens or residents in Kuwait can apply for a criminal case newspaper in place of a lost one by entering the Ministry of Interior website and entering the public inquiry box and requesting the criminal status certificate, which you send it to the Ministry of Interior that issues it. Please note that the period between applying for this document and submitting it may extend to one calendar month. To complete it, the following steps are required:
Procedures for obtaining a criminal record
1- Bring the passport and national ID card, if available.
2- A personal photo of the newspaper student.
3- The collected fee is one and a half dinars.
4- Fill out the criminal status sheet form available at the consulate.
5- Taking fingerprints for the concerned person with the knowledge of the employee in charge of Window No. (3).
