My name is Ragupathi Viswanathan (Indian)
i am working in one company in abudhabi. i joined this company, on April 2019.
for 8000 aed salary per month. as an IT manager. i have the offer letter and appoinment order, from the company officials. and i am the ADMCC certified Engineer for the company,
i have salary pending from the first month of i joined , the are not giving the salary properly, even before corona im getting only 5000 every month , balance 3000 they said after project comes we will give you like that, but now management planing to close the company in two months, i am affarid about my pending salary, . please help me and suggest me what i can do , how can i get my pending salary.

We would like to inform you that according to the UAE Labor Law that provided a legal protection for wages as below article states:
Article (56):
Workers who are hired at an annual or monthly wage are paid at least once a month and all other workers are paid at least once every two weeks.
Therefore, not paying wages on the specified dates by law is considered a legal offense with which a complaint shall be filed at the work and workers department attached to it the bank statement to show that the salary has not been received and then claim it through this authority. In the event that the complaint is proven, you may leave work according below:
