Lost my driving license

We would like to inform you that if the driving license is lost, then a report of the loss of it shall be filed at the competent police station, a statement of that must be brought, and a request for a replacement for a lost driving license shall be submitted at the competent traffic office. Attach the following documents:

 1- letter from the employer for owners of licenses for trucks and mechanical devices

 2- Approving the signature of holders of licenses for trucks and mechanical devices.

 3- ID card

 4- Non objection from the sponsor to receive the original license if the license is for shipping or mechanical equipment

 5- A statement of the lost license notification from the police station
