I changed my company in march 2020 and cancelled...

I changed my company in march 2020 and cancelled mine and my families(wife and kid visa) visa. My new company applied new work visa on time in march 2020. The status of my application in ICA portal is: ENTERED-NOT ACTIVE Already 6 months gone since applied. But Visa is still stuck and no change in status, nobody is responding from immigration saying only it's in process. I am facing lot of problems because of this delay. My new company not giving medical insurance to me and my family as they are saying Visa is not there. Already paid fine for over stay and have to keep on applying 3-month tourists visa for my wife and kid , which is costing too much. What are my options? Do I have to pay over stay fine for myself? My previous company is saying will abscond you as you are overstaying, but I have job in Abu Dhabi. I am not able to do anything without Visa and my new company is also not helping. Please help going through lot of issues because of this visa problem.
