We would like to inform you that Cyprus accepts a civil marriage. As the civil marriage contract in the Cypriot manner does not require that the spouses be of the same religion, and it guarantees the rights of the spouses in the event of separation.
That civil marriage only requires to complete the civil marriage contract according to Cypriot laws:
1. The difference in the sex of the spouses and their maturity with a medical examination
2. No fraud about the personality of one of them and the failure of another marriage.
