Dear Madam. I have a question and need your kind advice. My name is Rogelio N. Acayan leaving in a rented 2 Bedroom apartment in Sharjah Al Nahda since 2012 on same the apartment with my wife and daughter. My tenancy contract was ended last 9 April 2020. After that i wont be able to renew my contract with the landlord. As of now 13 Sept 2020 i am still leaving in the same apartment without a contract and no payment for about 5 months now. Due to covid 19 issue, i am badly hit by this pandemic and had no income since March 2020. I have been on unpaid leave no work no pay until now. I am working in a Tourism company in Dubai as sales rep. I already lost all my savings and did not pay my other liabilities. Due to this unpaid rent my landlord filed a case against me in Sharjah Municipality and recieved a notice to come for hearing on 18 Oct.2020. What will happen if i dont have money to pay now and need to vacate the apartment. Hoping for your kind advice.
