Hi, I own a Laundry. Recently I came across a complaint , one of the customers clothe is been got damaged. Color faded. When enquired about the situation, the complaint was genuine, but there is nothing to do with our side, because my staff cleaned it accordingly. Now customer is asking for the whole price of the clothe, which is more than 100 times bigger than the price inquired for the laundry service. Can I know is there any thing I can do with laws.
