I am Dhan bahadur ale. Nepalese nationality. I am employee of Alfajer facility management llc. My company terminate me before last 30 may 2020 due to corona virious. I join in this company 25 feb 2019 as a security guard. When i join in this company, company didnt send me on duty and didn't give me basic salary first 3 months. Then after 3 months company send me on duty. When company terminate me 30 may 2020 still i am sleeping from more then 3 months untill now company didnt provide me flight ticket they said flight ticket is too expensive we cant afford if you want to go back you can buy ticket we will give you only 1350 aed but now our flight ticket rate 2250 aed. In this situation what can i get help from labour law. I expect from labour law company pay to me first 3 months basic salary and as soon as possible flight ticket. Thank u sir madam.
