My company stop my work. I ask to him. Why then they told me because i didn't achieve my monthly target. I told him i am not sales representative i am just marchandiser. And i told him in the offer letter you didn't mentione anything just mentione i am marchandiser. Then my salary was 4500 in offer latter but they everymonth they paying salary 3700.sometime 3600.they didn't pay my full salary in even single month. After they stop me in my work on July and still now they didn't cancel me and full of July i work they didn't pay my salary also now already 3month now i am just waiting they didn't pay anything how i will survive madam please just give me advice how take my rights

I already mad the complain to labour the labour officer contact with me and my company in conforons call my company agree with labour they will pay 7500ade that time i gree with them. Then the labor officer told me after 2days call to company and take the money. Then after 2days i call to company regarding the sittlment then the company told me they will see now already 3month i am just waiting for nothing they told me they dont afraid to anyone here why they not respect to the uae labor laws madam please help me to get my rights madam please

We would like to inform you that if you mean the employer, then you have to file a complaint in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and clarify the reasons of the complaint and attach the documents that prove your complaint. The labor office will hear the employer, then they will decide and issue the verdict or refer it to the labor court.
