If your fiancée trespasses on you and tries to kill you, then this constitutes an attempted murder and is punishable by imprisonment according to the penal law and you have to open a criminal report against her, accusing her of assaulting you, attempting to kill you, and requesting that legal measures be taken against her, as the Penal law states that: Attempt to commit a felony shall be punished with the following penalties unless the law stipulates otherwise:
1- Life imprisonment if the prescribed punishment for the crime is death.
2- Temporary imprisonment if the prescribed penalty for the crime is life imprisonment.
3- Imprisonment for a period not exceeding half of the maximum set limit for the crime or imprisonment if the penalty is temporary imprisonment.
