I have a cancelled visa since 6th of may 2020 and then the govt gave grace period to December 2020 and cancelled it . Right my airspace have been open and I want to go back . Do I have grace period

What I mean is that cancelled resident visa , I learnt that we have been given grace to 17th November 2020, to leave without fine or do visa change but due to what is happening my country visa is not going through only now they allowed just one month. So rather than staying and incurring fines I decided to go back home. Am I stay going to pay fine.
