I am a student in a university in Dubai ....

I am a student in a university in Dubai . Currently I am doing my dissertation. The Univeristy promises to give us 10 supervisory session each of 45 minutes . I have 7 session left and my submission is in November. They said they will charge new semester fee if I don’t submit my dissertation by November. I ask them to give me my session in 1 hr 45 min time as first 45 minutes is very less and second I have three months left so I cannot take all 7 session in next seven months . But they intentionally are not giving me my rightful time and they are charging me for full fees for all 10 sessions and I have raised complain through email several times but management is unsupportive and it seems like they intentionally wants to push me to next semester and also wants to Charge for next semester as well. I need to know my rights what can I do legally to save myself from this situation. I have still 3 months in hand but they are wasting my time .
