Madam, here's what happen in my situation. On september 4, my employer ask me to go without termination letter. They told me they will cancel my visa and give my passport 10-15days. The next day my colleague ask them to give me second chance but they said they already have new staff. Thats the time i book my ticket back to my home country. The next thing happen is they complain me to labor. They are telling that they did not terminate me. They are also asking me to pay 5000 for the visa processing they spend and to give me my passport. Now I came to the labor court to help me to get my passport. The complain of my employer in MoHRE is Initiating settlement. I want to know if In this case, I will be banned in the immigration and not able to go back to my home country.

The complain I recieve from my employer in Mohre stated that Initiated the settlement. I want to know what is the meaning of that complain. Maybe that will be a hindrance for me exiting the country
