I just want to know the legal percentage of salary...
I just want to know the legal percentage of salary deduction is there any, my salary is 4500 aed but since april my company is giving me the basic salary only as per as my contract 1500 aed...im 11 yrs working in the same company.

Please kindly know that, according to the Federal Labor Law regulating the nature of the contractual relationship between the worker and the employer, Article (60)
No amount may be deducted from the worker's wage in exchange for special rights except in the following cases:
a. Recovering advances or sums paid to the worker in addition to his right, provided that he does not exceed it
The deduction from the wage in this case is 10% of the worker's periodic wage.
B. The premiums that workers must legally pay from their wages, such as insurance schemes
Social and Insurances.
C. The worker's contributions in the provident fund or the advances due to the fund.
H. Installments for any social project or any benefits or other services provided by the employer
And approved by the Department of Labor.
And. Fines imposed on the worker due to the violations that he commits.
G. Every debt that is fulfilled in execution of a court ruling, provided that it does not exceed one quarter of what is deducted in execution of the judgment
The wage owed to the worker. If there are multiple debts or multiple creditors, their maximum limit is considered
Half of the wage, and the sums required to be withheld are divided among those who are entitled to it, after payment of fines
The legal alimony debt is a quarter of the wage
