Whoever embezzles, destroys, or tries to steal or destroy bonds, cash, goods, patches, receipts, or any other book that includes an obligation or release, or the judge with which has not been delivered to him except in the form of rent, deposit, or Agency, trust, loan, or for a specific work, with or without pay, provided that it is returned, brought, or used in a specific matter with the intention of doing so to harm its owners, those who act in it, or whoever is in their hands.
