We would like to inform you that the person's sense of worthlessness and uselessness may arise for one of the following reasons:

 -Affliction with mental disorders, such as depression or obsessive-compulsive disorder, and others.
 
 -Permanent loneliness and not participating in activities that make him feel valuable.
 
 
In order to get rid of this feeling, you shall remind yourself of the beautiful things about you and the situations in which you were important, influential and effective, and participate in voluntary charitable activities that increase your feeling of giving and joy and raise your understanding of yourself, avoid surrounding yourself with people who destroy your personality and self, motivate yourself  by putting visual sentences  in your room reminds you of your dreams, goals and priorities, adopting a daily lifestyle that feels renewed and vital, such as practicing sports, meditating, reading books, participating in home tasks and preparing food, contributing to raising children around you, such as reading stories or helping them study in a renewed manner or by practicing activities such as making figures or paper forms, joining workshops and courses that contribute to developing your personality and discovering your true value.
