My friend is working in a restaurant and he says that all of his colleagues is taking tips given by the customer and when the top management in his company knows what they're doing they said they will file a case for them. So I want to ask if there is a law in uae says that taking tips given by the customer is a crime ? And one thing he said there is no agreement that between him and his company that every tips he will collect he need to give it to the company.
