You have to review the Traffic Department in the emirate from which you obtained the emirate's residenc, provided that you have to visit the Driving Center in order to apply for a license file and submit an application for it, provided that the following documents are attached:
Emirates ID card and an original copy
Passport (copy of personal details and relevant visa page)
Personal photos (8 or more)
No objection certificate from the sponsor
Eye test results
