We would like to inform you that the wife has to travel to the United States to do the necessary procedures through the US Immigration Service

The required form in this case is:

1-     i-130

2-     i-129

3-    G-325a

The wife should send the package

1-Payment of the form to the immigration department at the time of sending the package and is filled out free of charge

Form i-130 must be filled and printed

3 - Attach a copy of the birth certificate of the American party face and back and photocopy of passport pages in full

Attach a copy of the marriage contract

5-In case the US party is divorced or widower, there must be a document proving this and must be sent with the packet.

6 - Submit a personal photo of the type of passport 5 × 5 for both spouses and be written on the back of the full name of the owner of the image

7-The four-page form G325-A must be signed by the other party

8 - Provide some proof that the marriage actually exists, as follows:

1. Provide photos of couple with each other.

  2- It must be clarified if there are common properties

3- Money transfer receipts

4- Post letters must be submitted

5- Emails must be submitted

  6 - Provide a birth certificate for a child in the case of children between you

Before going to the embassy of the husband, the wife after APPRPVED must send the following:

1-      Send a copy of each paper sent from the Immigration Service

2-      Dispatch the sponsor Form I-864

3-      Send any documents showing the security situation and taxes to the wife of NOA2

You should go to the US Embassy in Egypt with all these documents:

Passport valid for at least six months

Criminal status

Your position on recruitment

Your birth certificate

Medical report

Your marriage contract

The date of the interview will be determined, after passing the interview, your visa will be sent to America by mail.
