Salam !! My wife apply for haad license as radiotherapiest and her dataflow is pass but DoH reject her because her first years in experience letter mention trainee ( but she was paid employee the hospital have job description every new employee first year as trainee paid employee ) now they ask for here that one year salary slip with support document from hospital that proof she was employee and mention that there new staff hair first give title as trainee but in real it’s paid employee. Now we give again but if reject after giving all the proof can we do cause against HOD in Court because her ex employer is stand on her and proofing that she is paid employee. Now please how I can go legal cause against HoD to make them agree by court they my wife can give exam for license.Thanks.MOhib 050-6613961
