My limited contract is finishing on sep 26 2020.Last month company asked me about renew. So i informed that im not renewing. This was happend on 8th aug 2020.after 8 days suddenly company stopped my work and removed me from my location. And forced me to take local leave until my contract finish. I refused this and informed that i have to work at the end of service. They denied my request and send me to a camp.I waited for almost 7 days and begged them that i need to work, but they ignored me. So finally i complaint in MOHRE about this. On 29th august i got appointment with an advocate and he called me in conference call with my operation manager. My manager informed through the talk that visit office and talk with hr. Then next day they shifted me to abudhabi ( I was working in al ain).Today i met with my operation manager and he informed me that my vacation already started on 19th august until 8th september and rejoin that day. When i asked him that i didnt agree for the vacation and didnt signed any vacation paper, he replied company dont want your permission and signature for that.

After 1 year of completing my contract company send me 30 days vacation and paid me 1 month basic salary as vacation salary.
