and you should go to the Public Authority for Civil Information and submit a request to them in this regard with the request:

- Original passport and a copy of it.

- Proof of residence (copy of private house lease).

- A copy of the birth certificate of those born in Kuwait or outside Kuwait for those holding the parents' passport if the name is not mentioned in full.

- Copy of work permit for Article 18.

- Book of work or identity of Article 17.

- Personal photos number (2) for 5 years

- Signing the image validation.

- A book by study if the individual is studying in Kuwait (if any).
