Hi I was working for hamriya free zone company from 01.10.17 to 31.05.20 ,by 01.06.20 I was terminated without even notice period ,I have been following up for pending salaries and gratuity for 4 months but company is not ready to pay full amount I’m entitled to .I even try solve thru Hamriya free zone labour affiar Dept but not resolvedPlease advice me how I can get my rights legally

We would like to inform you that if you were terminated legally, then the employer shall pay the ticket fees to back to the place you brought from. Moreover, you shall get the end of services benefits too. So you have to follow u with the complaint you filed against him in the labor office, then it will be referred to the court if the labor office couldn't solve it.
You can get temporary work permit to work in another company till the labor case is finished.
