Hi sir Im working in dubai my visa will finish in December 4 but i give now emergency cancel because i have liver infection hepatitis-C now my company not giving my pending salary and my leave salary also balance they are saying i break the contract they will not give my salry and graduaity , i have all medical reports what should i have to do now

We would like to inform you that according to the UAE Labor Law that provided a legal protection for wages as below article states:
Article (56):
Workers who are hired at an annual or monthly wage are paid at least once a month and all other workers are paid at least once every two weeks.
Therefore, not paying wages on the specified dates by law is considered a legal offense with which a complaint shall be filed at the work and workers department attached to it the bank statement to show that the salary has not been received and then claim it through this authority. In the event that the complaint is proven, you may leave work according below:

Dear salary, you have a right according to the law, but terminating the work in this way may result in the application of Article (116) if the contract is terminated by the employee for reasons other than those stipulated in Article (121), the worker is obligated to compensate the employer for the loss he suffered as a result of the termination of the contract. Provided that the amount of compensation does not exceed half a month's wages for a period of three months or the remaining period of the contract, whichever is shorter, and that is all unless there is a provision in the contract stipulating otherwise. Thus, in the event of a request from you and a desire to finish the work, you are obligated to pay all the costs related to the visa, and therefore the sponsor can impose the ban on you, and therefore you will be forced to leave the country. This is generally true and if you have any other purpose, you can clarify. Thank you.

I work in dubai in same company 3 year 8 months now i have big problem in my stomach i have liver infection hepatitis C then i resign for work bcz im not able to do work i do all medicial tests i have all reports my main question is this my my employer now saying it doesnot matter ur sick they will deduct my salery and my graduaty i want to ask sir this is law in dubai if one person sich then company can deduct all balance?
