Hi,I booked a apartment in sharjah 2007 in the building called reef tower and I paid the premium to the seller and 30%to the building owner but when the building got completed they send me a letter to come and pay the balance amount,when I went there to pay they told us that the new law has come so cannot sell the apartment to foreign nationals,since then they haven’t refunded my money.any advice what to do
