How to do court marriage in Kuwait

We would like to inform you that Marriage in Kuwait takes place through an application submitted to the Authentication Office of the Ahmadi Courts Complex, or the Raqi Courts Complex, provided that the following is attached to the application:

IDs or passports for residences.

Civil ID or nationality certificate for Kuwaitis

The Executive Committee's report and proof of identity for illegal residents.

The inheritance of the widowed wife.

Insurance letter if the husband is student, trader, retired

The inheritance if the guardian is dead.

Divorce certificate for divorced wife.

The power of attorney.

Marriage permit from the employer if the husband id military
