My residence visa got expired last july 19,2020...
My residence visa got expired last july 19,2020 and received termination letter same day, I work for the company for two years in exact, I ask for settlement and computation for my gratuity but not to this date they gave any of the request, yet the company insist of signing the cancelation stating that i received all the settlement...what should i do? And who shall pay the fine of there is any? Thank you hope you can help me..

We would like to inform you that if you mean the employer, then you have to file a complaint in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and clarify the reasons of the complaint and attach the documents that prove your complaint. The labor office will hear the employer, then they will decide and issue the verdict or refer it to the labor court.
