Hello, My name is Saad Khalid, resident of Dubai currently and reaching out for a family issue. My wife and I had some issues in our marriage so she left to the USA without telling me leaving behind my child with her sister (in Dubai). She first left in August 2019, came back in January 2020 and then left again in March 2020. I have the travel reports. My wife and child are under my sponsorship. I had divorced her twice but made intention to take her back and have Fatwa from Ministry of Awqaf that she is still my wife as 3rd divorce did not happen and because I made intention of taking her back. I want to take my daughter from my wife's sister as they wouldn't even let me see her. Moreover, I am moving from Dubai and have to take my daughter with me as I have to cancel both their visas so my employer can cancel mine. I am really short of time and looking for a amicable yet quick solution to take my daughter from wife's sister who is also residing in Dubai. Many thanks, Saad
