I was requesting Emirates NBD bank for loan on my credit card, it was small amount 6000, they deducted 6000 from my credit card and I never received the money, they are unable to deliver the cheque to me, More then a month I was calling them but no one able to help me, all the agents in the customer care are only saying they will see, but still nothing happens, my statement generate will be 30th every month, I don’t get any money and I am going to pay installments for it, I wanna file case, I need help
