Sir I want to change my job description from stewarding department to waiter but my manager is not giving me the chance and he said that he will not change and if I don't want to work as a steward I should give written statement but statement will put bad impression on my job and may be company will terminate me but I want to work so what should I do ???

We would like to inform you that you shall be ascertained whether the establishment in which you work follows the promotion system, and if it follows this system, then it is not permissible to deprive the worker from the promotion and a complaint against the employer may be filed via the following link:
Article 107
Denial of promotion may not be imposed for more than one promotional cycle. The worker penalised shall then be promoted at the immediately following promotion cycle if he is found to meet the pertinent requirements.
