Regarding tthe license to sell alcohol, you must submit an application to the police command in the emirate where you reside attaching a certificate of registration and a list of materials to which the license will be renewed and the license will be one year renewable. The license grants the licensee the following powers:
1. The Licensing Authority shall, upon request, grant a license to any person for a renewable year to which he may:
(A) Import alcoholic beverages;
B) to provide alcohol to third parties from a particular warehouse or warehouse.
(C) Offer alcoholic beverages at any hotel, club or restaurant.
