We would like to inform that first, regarding visa cancellation you will not be banned if you terminate your employment contract legally. If your work contract is of unlimited duration, you must give 30 days notice before leaving the job but if the employer commits a violation of the contract of employment and the labor law, you can leave the work without notice.
Second: In respect of end of service indemnity A worker who has completed a year or more in continuous service shall be entitled to the end of service indemnity upon termination of his service. The remuneration shall be calculated as follows:
1. Twenty-one days' pay for each of the first three years of service
2.Wage of twenty-eight days for each of the following three years of service
3. Thirty-five days' wage for each year, in addition to that
The above remuneration shall not exceed a total of two years' remuneration.
