I would like to clarify to you that if you want to get the visa to visit Japan, you have to go to the embassy and apply for the visa after providing the following:

Valid passport for at least six months

·        Two personal photos

·        New active bank statement

·        Hotel reservations.

·      round air tickets 

·        Your sponsor/employer's approval, including all personal data or commercial record

·        Then you have to go to the visa issuing agency and submit all documents with paying the fees and follow your application electronically
