from your data , i guess that nerve injury happened
specially for nerve supplying lower limb
sorry for that but it may be permenant handicup or temporarely one
so the MRI can show us what happened during operation
u can do it and show for neurosurgeon , otherwise u should do physiotherapy for long time
as an attempt to restore the nerve function properly
